Driehoek Shiraz

Description

This one has all that in abundance, with bright purple beetroots, plums and mulberries on
the nose. On palate it is vibrant and juicy, with scents of wild herbs and lavender. It has
a super framework of dry tannins and a great line of acidity to balance. Very good length on
the aftertaste, suggesting potential to age. Needs to either be served with a stew of oxtail
or lamb and potatoes, or lay it down in a cool 16degC cellar until 2020.
